In the talks, Peter Doobinin explains in a step-by-step manner the process for developing mindfulness of breathing. Mindfulness of breathing (anapanasati) is the meditation practice that the Buddha most often taught, the practice he followed, the practice that led to his awakening. It is a practice that all of us can develop if we learn the instructions for cultivating the skill and put in a wholehearted effort.
